Biography
Persefoni Talimtzi was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. She graduated from the Department of Mathematics, University of Ioannina in 2015 and she received her MSc degree in Biostatistics School of Medicine – Department of mathematics, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2018. For a semester she was an Erasmus trainee in National Center of Epidemiology, Carlos III Health Institute, in Madrid working on HIV transmission data. She is a research fellow in Medical Statistics in the Department of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has just started a PhD in Medical Statistics-Epidemiology under the supervision of associate Professor Anna-Bettina Haidich.
Her research interests include statistical methodology of medical data with R computer language and other statistical programs.
